By using the Alexander AI app, you fully agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the app.

2. Description of Service

Alexander AI is a schedule management application that uses artificial intelligence to detect events and shifts from screenshots and automatically sync them with Google Calendar.

3. License

Alexander AI grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes only.

You may not use the app for commercial purposes, perform reverse engineering, distribute, or create derivative works.

4. User Account

Use of the app requires a valid Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Google Calendar Access

The app requests access to your Google Calendar solely for the purpose of adding detected events. We do not read, modify, or delete existing events without your explicit consent.

6. User Content

The screenshots you submit for scanning belong to you. We process them only and do not store them. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share the content you scan.

7. Limitation of Liability

Alexander AI is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of event detection. We recommend verifying important events in your calendar.

Alexander AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable advance notice when possible.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes within the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
